One of the questions I get asked the most is What is a good morning (detox) routine?
And I thought that with the holidays just around the corner and all the excesses that are to come, it would be a good moment to share with you the trick and hacks that have helped me throughout the years!
You all know that I am a morning person. Ask me for something in the morning, and it will get done. Ask for it at 8 p.m., and…it will probably get done the next morning!
Therefore is no surprise that breakfast is my favorite meal! I remember reading at the New York Times that concentrating your caloric intake at breakfast instead of dinner can have profound, statistically significant weight-loss benefits, which is no news for the Mediterraneans, that have been doing so for ages now. But going back to breakfast, my favorite topic, I could eat it all day, especially my beloved avocado toast with microgreens!
I love coffee! In moderation, it can improve mental and physical performance, and it’s full of antioxidants. It looks more complicated than it is. BUT, and here is my intake: the more and better you treat your skin, the shorter it’s going to take to get ready in the morning! I barely use makeup in my everyday. Just a couple of things, keep reading!
