Why vegan cheese spread is a great alternative for our breakfast.

Quite a lot of us don’t really have enough time in the mornings to whip up a wholesome and healthy breakfast. And in the hustle and bustle of the mornings, we end up consuming sugary meals – which isn’t good for our health. While sugar does give us the instant rush of energy, what we don’t realize is that this energy-boosting effect is temporary – and we end up feeling low, all slumped down before the clock hits noon. Reduce inflammation in our bodies

Another reason why cutting down on our sugar consumption is the unwanted inflammation it causes in our bodies. Inflammation is the sole cause of all the lifestyle and chronic illnesses we fall prey to, and sugar is the ultimate culprit. As per the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, consumption of low to moderate levels of sugar impairs glucose and lipid metabolism, leading to inflammation in our bodies. While this study is restricted to healthy, young men, we do understand that sugar can have such grave side effects on our bodies too.

As per the Canadian Journal of Urology, Chronic inflammation has been associated with the development of malignancy in several other organs of the body, such as – stomach, colon, liver, urinary bladder, and esophagus. This, in turn, ends up in other illnesses such as heart ailments, diabetes, and arthritis. When we are well aware that sugar can lead to such drastic consequences in our body, it’s time we look up alternatives that keep our weight, cholesterol levels as well as overall body health in check.

Let’s reduce sweet in our breakfast!

Most of us prefer quick fixes for our breakfast and end up consuming sugary cereals, sweetened juices or drinks, and other sweet items for breakfast. However, now is the time to reconsider these unhealthy, inflammation-causing food items and include healthy, plant-based alternatives such as this lovely homemade vegan cheese in our diets.

Let’s get started with how to make this easy-peasy Creamy Vegan Spread. It is super easy to make and has a deliciously creamy texture. I’m sure once you try this out, you’ll only be looking for more ways and means to include this in your diet! So let’s get started!
